Executive Director/Athletic Director/Director of Football
Kevin "KP' Parks is the creator of our name. His All or Nothing mindset shapes our organization. KP holds the National High School record in football (55 games with 100 plus yards rushing) , 5th all time running back in University of Virginia history and also played professional football in Germany.
Executive Director/ Sponsor & Fundraiser Coordinator
A 29+ year retiree of the USAF. Former Recruiting & Retention Superintendent for the NC Air National Guard. Former Campus Leader & Co-Youth Director for the Cove Church. Former Player, Coach and Event Organizer for multiple youth sports to include recreational and travel programs. Former Baseball Regional Director for NC Game On (AAU). Currently the NCAAUState Director for Baseball and Softball, NCAAU Regional Director for Football and event coordinator for NCAAU Basketball and Track and Field.

Mooresville High School Head Softball Coach- Conference Coach of the Year. College: University of North Carolina
2012: Named All-ACC second team.
2011: Started all 55 games at catcher, designated player and third base.
2010: As a sophomore, appeared in 56 games. catcher, designated hitter.
2009: As a freshmen, designated hitter, catcher.
High School: Central Cabarrus High School in Three-time all-conference selection . Selected all-state as a freshman and a sophomore. Earned MECA 4A Conference Player of the Year honors as a junior Named to the Louisville Slugger/NFCA High School First Team All-Region squad . Earned All-Piedmont and All-Observer honors as a sophomore Played her summer ball with the Carolina Cobras and Carolina Legacy . Two-time NCHSAA Scholar Athlete
Director of Basketball- Boys
Ed is a local basketball star who has a wealth of knowledge that he wants to share with our athletes. A 1995 graduate of North Rowan High School he was a two star athlete in football and basketball where he won All County and All Conference recognition. After High School Ed attended Mountain State College in Berkley, WVA. Ed was awarded the Independent Player of the Year and name First team All American 2002. After college Ed played multiple seasons professionally oversees in Hungary, London and Austria.
Director of Basketball- Girls
Graduate of Winston Salem Preparatory Academy in 2011. Cierra was All Conference, All City Player, All Region Honorable Mention and was added to the 1,000 point club her senior year. In 2011 Cierra signed with Livingstone College to become a Lady blue Bear. Freshman year she made the All Rookie Team. All Conference he Junior year leading the Lady Blue Bears with a 14.7 PPG. Cierra was then named to the All Preseason Team her final year.She finished her senior year All Conference once again after the Lady Blue Bears led the conference 26-2 achieving a top five ranking for the first time in program history. Cierra graduated with a Bachelors in Biology and went on to coach at Salisbury High School. Cierra made an immediate impact with a winning season of 11-3. Cierra moved on to be an assistant coach with the Lady Blue Bears.
Director of Perfectly Fit/Co-Director of Baseball
Three-year All-County and All Conference (shortstop and pitcher) at Salisbury High School (1990, 1991, 1992). Three Year All South Atlantic Conference performer (1994, 1995, 1996) Attended Wingate Universary. After his freshman year, lead American legion team to State Championship and set NC state single season season record of 80 stolen bases in 1993. Still holds the Wingate record for walks and ranks 6th in SAC. Ended Wingate career with single season record in walks and stolen bases at Wingate University and SAC. Signed professional contract and played middle infield with Zanesville Greys of the Frontier League (1996)
Co-Director of Baseball
A 2010 West Rowan graduate, Hayden has played and worked with some of the best Rowan County coaches. Hayden was a middle infielder, who played the field right handed but batted left handed. A alumni of the well known Dirtbags West Rowan Falcons , and Rowan County American Legion teams Hayden had a stellar career. Hayden ended his American Legion career in 2010, with the 18th highest batting average. Hayden earned a scholarship from Pitt Community College and played until an old hip injury ended his career.
Director of GYMNASTICS/AERIAL SILKS
Current Owner/Instructor of Tumble Fit. Former instructor at AMERICAN STARS (ADVANTAGE GYMNASTICS)
In 2015, Speedy served as a traveling missionary for a group known as “TEAM ROCK”. TEAM ROCK would travel from state to state and often times different countries displaying the gospel through a stage show, where we would act out the testimonies in the Bible through various stunts. I have always been active, from my childhood until present day.
